ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The present impugned order is a show cause notice, proposing the punishment of dismissal from service, in view of the petitioner's conviction in a criminal case. Pursuant to the impugned show cause notice, the petitioner has also given his explanation on 17.08.2022 and in consideration of the petitioner's explanation, he was also dismissed from service on 22.08.2022. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition, wherein, the show cause notice has been challenged.

3. This Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
