O R D E R

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No.12231 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that this Court, by its order dated 28.04.2025, directed the second respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders. Pursuant to the said order, the second respondent, vide proceedings dated 14.05.2025, has considered the petitioner's representation and passed appropriate orders. The

learned Additional Government Pleader has also circulated a copy of the order passed by the second respondent.
