ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider his appeal dated 10.07.2013 and to dispose of the same. 2.According to the petitioner, he is said to have filed an application before the second respondent to cancel the two sale deeds in Doc.Nos.2439/2013, dated 25.03.2013 and 2674/2013, dated 03.04.2013. Based on the above application, the second respondent also initiated proceedings and issued notices to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 for enquiry. The petitioner appeared https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the enquiry. Thereafter, the matter was posted on 16.09.2016, on that date, the respondent also appeared. But, sofar no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents is not in a position to submit whether any order has been passed in the above proceedings.
4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent/District Registrar, Karur-7 is directed to conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass order, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
