ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.06.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.20431 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected stating that eligible reimbursement has already been settled.
