Respondents Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 6 to probe into the issue of misappropriation of Arulmigu Sanjeevirayar Thirukoil fund to the tune of Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs) along with subsequent interest, deposited in the 8th respondent bank and take necessary action within time frame in accordance with law.
