This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 22.09.2020, wherein, the petitioner sought for transfer the patta for the subject property in favour of the legal heirs of the petitioner's mother Lakshmi.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, patta had already been issued in favour of the petitioner. The relevant written instructions given by the Tahsildar was also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
