ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the First Information Report in connection with crime No.10 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All women Police Station, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District and subsequently Quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi on 22.06.2023 in C.C.No.167 of 2023.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
