Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner is the purchaser of the petition mentioned property. The sale deed was presented for registration. Originally, it was kept as a pending document. Subsequently, it was returned to the petitioner. 3.The petitioner is ready to re-present the same. On such re-presentation, the registering authority will hold an enquiry. The registering authority either should register the document or refuse registration. In the event of refusal of registration, the refusal check slip should contain appropriate reasons. 4.Mandating the registering authority to adopt one of the courses of action as mentioned above and granting liberty to the petitioner to re-present the document, the writ petition is disposed of.
