ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2016 and to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.210 Education (G1) Department, dated 14.08.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.190, School Education Department, dated 12.07.2010 to the petitioner and accordingly to award a Selection Grade/Special Grade scale of pay of B.T. Middle School Headmaster w.e.f. 1.6.1988. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 15.02.2016 seeking to award selection grade/special grade in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher taking into account the selection grade service in the post of promoted middle school headmaster and to grant all consequential benefits. Since no order has been passed so far, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
