ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter, namely, Aruna, aged about 20 years, went missing from 26.06.2023 onwards, her complaint came to be registered in Crime No.197 of 2023 as 'Woman Missing'. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the girl Aruna was produced before us by the 2nd respondent. When we interacted, she expressed her willingness to reconcile with her mother / petitioner and live with her. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been met and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
