ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(ii)of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The matter was referred to mediation and an agreement was reached between the parties. Schedule has been arrived for payment of the amount. The amount must be paid on or before 31.03.2024.

3. If, for any reason, the petitioner failes to comply the agreement, the complaint given by the defacto complainant can be revived. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed by incorporating the above said terms of compromise.
