Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11459 and 11460 of 2022 on 30.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.11459 and 11460 of 2022 on 30.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on the 1st and 16th working day of every English Calendar month, at about 10.30 am., until further orders. sd/- 24/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / /09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
