ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 05.02.2016 in the light of the orders of the 1st Respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.5693/A4/2015 dated 10.10.2015.

2.According to the petitioner, she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 02.06.2008. Thereafter, the petitioner has submitted resignation on 05.12.2013 due to her family circumstances. However, her resignation was not accepted by the management till date and no order has been passed. While so, she has submitted a letter requesting the management to rejoin duty as Secondary Grade Teacher but the management was not willing to accept her request and rejected her claim stating that her resignation has already been accepted. has submitted representation dated 05.02.2016 to the second respondent seeking permission to rejoin duty or settle the entire dues which is still pending.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
