ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 9.12.2015.

2.According to the petitioner, while approving the panel for the post of Assistant for the year 2015, the first respondent has considered his name for promotion as Assistant within the zone of consideration and included his name in the temporary panel. However, he has not been promoted even though there are two vacancies in the cadre of Assistant in the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Corporation and therefore, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 09.12.2015 to the first respondent. As there was no response, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
