Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent i.e. the Personal Assistant (General) to the District Collector Virudhunagar relating to his orders dated 02.07.2015 passed in his proceedings R.O.C.A5/24133/2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner anywhere in Virudhunagar District in a non-sensitive post within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Though the prayer in the writ petition is widely worded, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if his representation dated 06.01.2016 is disposed of by the respondents. 2.Admittedly, after the suspension order was passed on 02.07.2015, no charge memo has been issued by the respondents. another reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291 and the Government letter dated 23.07.2015, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
