ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The fourth respondent herein had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.14274 of 2023 and obtained a order on 04.07.2024. The petitioner's grievance is that he was not made as a party and his vendor's vendor alone was shown as the fifth respondent.

3.However, while disposing of the earlier writ petition, I had specifically directed that the District Revenue Officer will issue notice to all the interested parties and then only pass an order. That covers the petitioner also. It takes care of the petitioner's interests. To clarify, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner also before passing final order. 2/4
