[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife viz., Sathyapriay, Daughter of N.Lingam, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents represented that the detenu was murdered by Gurusamy @ Gnana Gurusamy and the offence has now been altered to 404 and 302 of I.P.C., and the investigation is pending.
