ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.9 of 2021 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.9 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, on the file of the second respondent police. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that he is aged about 72 years and request for speedy disposal of the case.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since the complaint is based upon the documents, six months time may be granted to file final report.

4.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15409 of 2021 respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing of the final report, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
