ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 5(1), 6 and 9 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No.3 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 18.08.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
