ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to Modify the condition (ii) imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No. 2851 of 2026 dated 10.06.2026 in Crime No. 206 of 2026 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, in Crl.M.P.No. 2851 of 2026 dated 10.06.2026 to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivaikundam and the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount in the bail petition even without concluding trial is onerous and hence, this condition is liable to be set aside. Accordingly, this condition is set aside and the other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 22.06.2026 TTA 2/4
