ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application before the District Revenue Officer that there are certain mistakes in the UDR with regard to the land in S.Nos.28/30 and 28/31 and filed a writ petition before this Court. This Court by order dated 26.09.2022 directed the respondents to take a decision within a period of twelve weeks.

2.This contempt petition is filed that the orders of this Court has not been complied with.

3.When this contempt petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on written 2/4

instructions submits that the petitioner's representation has been rejected vide order dated 17.08.2023 in view of the pendency of a civil suit in respect of the subject property. This order has been communicated to the petitioner.
