ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.30733 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that there is business transaction dispute, over which, this petitioner is liable to pay the amount. He has given undertaking that he will pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 11.10.2021. 3.Now the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that such a statement was obtained from him under pressure. 4.It is seen that suppressing the fact of undertaking, this petition came to be filed. However, it appears that there is business transaction dispute between the parties. Hence, no question of harassment at the hands of the second respondent herein.
