This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.2 of 2023 on the file of the 1/4
second respondent and transfer the same to any other competent investigating officer or agency based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'undetected'.
