ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent that the the petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.391 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 IPC, which has been now altered to Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC.

3. It is submitted that the charge sheet has been made ready as early as 13.11.2023, the same will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur within a week time.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the second respondent to file the charge sheet within one week from today. In case the charge sheet is not been filed within such time before the said Court, the first respondent shall proceed to issue passport to the petitioner after waiting two weeks thereafter.
