ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Trichy to Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, the wife is permanently residing at Thirumangalam along with her parents and having a 4 year old child. She finds it difficult to travel on every occasion to attend hearings in Subordinate Court, Trichy. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that the wife has filed an application under Domestic Violence Act in D.V.C.No.3 of 2022 and the same is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

3. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.100 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Trichy is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

4. With the above said direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
