ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 19.09.2019 in the light of the judgment and decree made in I.A.No.64/2018 in O.S.No.21/2018 dated 14.02.2020 and to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent and his henchman under Section 83 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondent department has issued a circular, dated 09.11.2018, as to the position to be followed in the matter of fraudulent registration. W.P.(MD)No.18952 of 2020 submit that necessary action will be taken in terms of circular, dated 09.11.2018 and also further circulars issued by the respondent department.
3.In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with the directions as under:- i) The 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.09.2019 and take a decision on the same in terms of circular dated 09.11.2018. ii) The 1st respondent is also directed to pass appropriate orders in this regard within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
