Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner herein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021.

ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner herein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation and complaint given by both the parties, enquiry is undertaken in CSR No.203 of 2021 and during the course of the investigation, both the parties appeared and gave undertaking that they will measure the property and sort out their issue, on the basis of which, the enquiry was closed. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15450 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents are trying to take possession of the property illegally.
4.When the petitioner has given undertaking before the enquiry officer as stated above, the contention now raised by the petitioner cannot be accepted. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to get redressed his grievance through appropriate proceedings. However, the petitioner and the third respondent shall abide by the undertaking given by them before the enquiry officer.
5.With the above observation and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
