ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is for a direction to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.48 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kulithalai, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first plaintiff and the defendants are senior citizens, aged about 54 to 64 years.

3. Considering the submission, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the Sub Court, Kulithalai, to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.48 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
