ORDER

The above transfer civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking to transfer the petition in O.P.No.4462 of 2019 on the file of the learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to transfer, as sought for by the petitioner in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in O.P.No.4462 of 2019 is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred from the file of the learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. The learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to transmit the entire records in O.P.No.4462 of 2019 to the Family Court, Tirunelveli. No costs.
