This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue free house site patta based on the petitioner's representations dated 29.11.2019 and 02.12.2019.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, simply directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders. If there is any scheme, the petitioners' application may be considered as per the scheme. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
