ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6480 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.580 of 2025 dated 08.04.2026, in and by which, the 1/4

petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.6480 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.580 of 2025 dated 08.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. 01.07.2026 ogy 2/4
