This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the first petitioner on 04.09.2021, wherein he is seeking for exchange of Survey No. 283/1 with Survey Nos.283/2A, 283/2B, 283/2C and 283/2D.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, it will suffice if a direction is 2/4

given to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the first petitioner on 04.09.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. The first respondent shall respond to the representation made by the first petitioner, dated 04.09.2021, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
