Seeking to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2026, this writ petition is filed. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that her elder son is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property which stands in her name and her younger son's name. In this regard, a civil suit in O.S.No.178 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Musiri is pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that in this regard, enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the fact that a civil suit is pending with regard to the same issue, directing the petitioner to work out her remedy before the concerned Court, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 17.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No gbg 2/4
