ORDER
The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to the respondent police to take action on his complaint. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that a similar complaint has been lodged by one Sattanadhan and he has filed a writ petition before this Court in WPCrl(MD)No.455 of 2025, wherein this Court has by order dated 09.07.2025 directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the said Satthanadhan.
3.Since this Court has already directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of one Sattanadhan, this writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct 2/4
enquiry on the petitioner's complaint along with the complaint of Sattanadhan and if any cognizable offence is made out, take appropriate action in accordance with law.
