PRAYER in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.979 of 2024 : Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w. 401 of Cr.P.C., 1973, to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the Court of Family Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.82 of 2024 in M.C.No.1 of 2019 on 13.08.2024. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Jothi Basu (in both cases) For Respondents : Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan (in both cases)

COMMON ORDER When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that both the parties appeared before this Court and both the parties entered into compromise. He further submitted that the petitioner husband has paid a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- by way of demand draft to the respondents. The first respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of Rs.25,00,000/- on behalf of herself and two minor children. A terms of compromise memo in this regard has also been filed.

2.Accordingly, these Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of. The terms of compromise memo shall form part of this order. The impugned orders passed by the learned Trial Court are hereby set aside. It is also made clear that all the criminal cases lodged against the petitioner husband is hereby quashed invoking inherent powers of this Court. The disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner husband will automatically go. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
