2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 05.06.2023 to 04.07.2023.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that though the petitioner is having three previous cases, however, he is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, the investigation is completed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.61 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023, on the file of the PCR Court, Madurai.
4.
