ORDER
Heard Mr.T.Cibichakraborthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner school has appointed one D.P.Vijila as BT Assistant (English) on 17.07.2019. When the proposal of her 2/6
appointment has been sent for getting approval from the second respondent through the third respondent, the same got returned frequently. Despite the petitioner had re-presented it by complying with the remarks, so far, it has not been considered and hence, the petitioner school has filed this writ petition.
4. If the second respondent office returned the papers through the third respondent for seeking certain clarification and the clarification submitted by the school management, it is obligatory on the part of the second respondent to consider and pass orders without making any further delay.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the proposal as well as representations submitted by the petitioner school would be considered by the respondents within a time frame fixed by this Court.
6. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the address of the third respondent office 3/6
has now been changed to Marthandam.
7. In the light of the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to consider the proposal as well representations submitted by the petitioner school and pass final orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
