2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply the said condition imposed by this Court, since final report has been filed before the concerned Court in Spl.S.C.No.141 of 2022. 3.Considering the nature of offence and the reasons stated above, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Special Court for POCSO Act, Srivilliputhur on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders and the other conditions in the said order shall remains unaltered.
