PRAYER :- To pass an order extending the time limit beyond two weeks in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3108 of 2026 dated 23.02.2026. Otherwise, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and hardship. On the other hand, there would be no prejudice is caused to the respondent police. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that due to personal reasons he could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3108 of 2026 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
