ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption"Extension of Time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earler order dated 31.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, in D.NO.1728/2024 Dated 04.11.2024 forwarded by Principal District Judge,Tenkasi seeking further time of six months to dispose of the suit, this court made the following order.

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.310 of 2012.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 31.07.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.310 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Principal

Sub Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal Sub Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing O.S.No.310 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi. The learned Principal Sub Judge, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
