ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 286(b), 324(4), 329(4) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.124 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the offences involved in this case are bailable offences. Therefore, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail by this Court.

3.This Court also perused the records. As per the FIR the the case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 286(b), 324(4), 329(4) and 351(3) of BNS. All the above said offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail by this Court. 4.In the meantime, the learned counsel Ms.A.Banumathy, submitted that she is going to file intervening application. Since so far she has not filed any application and the offences are bailable in nature, her request is rejected. 2/4
