J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 02.03.2023, passed in W.P.(MD) No.18432 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / writ petitioner states that the respondent is not interested in getting interim direction, provided the writ petition itself is disposed of on merits at an early date.

3. Hence, the interim order dated 02.03.2023, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD) No.18432 of 2017, is set aside. The learned Single Judge is directed to dispose of the main writ petition itself, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ appeal is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.S.S.R., J.] [D.B.C., J.] 05.09.2023 NCC :
