ORDER

Heard Mr.P.M.Vishnu Varthanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Jagadees Balan, learned Standing Counsel, for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry and to pass final orders.

3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. Pursuant to the issuance of charge memo, dated 23.03.2024, the petitioner, who has been working as a Cashier has been suspended from service. Subsequent to his explanation, his suspension was revoked. In this regard, though an enquiry has been conducted by the 3rd respondent, so far no 2/4

report has been filed by the 3rd respondent. Hence, this petition came to be filed.

4.The learned Standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has completed the enquiry and orders would be passed.. 5.In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
