O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament Scheduled to be conducted from 31.08.2019 and 01.09.2019 at about 10.00 pm to 10.00 a.m. at Public Ground, Ramanathapuram, Muthumalaipuram, Sivanandanoor Post, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's representation to the second respondent dated 26.08.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament Scheduled from 31.08.2019 and 01.09.2019 at Public Ground, Ramanathapuram, Muthumalaipuram, Sivanandanoor Post, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner made a representation on 26.08.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD)No.18632 of 2019 Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
