ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that under the Revenue Standing Order, the respondents herein are not the competent authority to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019. Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader prays before this Court that the writ petition ought to be dismissed.

W.P.(MD)No.18605 of 2019 4.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the authorities concerned to workout his remedy.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in agreeing with the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of with such liberty. No costs.
