By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to sanction loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the petitioner's E.P.F account within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an application on 18.11.2020 to the respondents for sanctioning the loan amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from his E.P.F account for the purpose of his elder daughter marriage expenses. However, no action has been taken by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition for appropriate directions.

W.P.(MD)No.19184 of 2020 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents would fairly submit that application of the petitioner will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and in view of the lapse on the part of the respondents on considering the petitioner's application, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.11.2020 and to pay the eligible amount, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
