ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 8 in Ward No.-C, Block No.4, T.S.No.67/2 for an extent of 50 cents situated at Vilpatti Village, Kodaikanal Town and Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 25.02.2023 addressed to him and submitted that the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 8 has been removed by the authorities concerned and as of now, there is no encroachment in the place in question.

3.The said submission is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition stands disposed of observing that if there is any encroachment in the place in question in future, the same would be removed by the authorities concerned by following due process of law. No costs.
