Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent not to transfer any Lecturer in future atleast from any other Government College to teach student for M.A HRD and M.Phil., HRD in Ranni Anna Government College for Women, Abishekapatti, Tirunelveli in any of the subject without the University Grand Commission prescribed essential qualification namely M.A. in HRD or M.Phil in HRD.

JUDGMENT
[Judgment of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] After some argument, Mr.Senthur Pandian, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal, so that an appropriate relief may be sought for by the appropriate person in a proper form before the appropriate forum.
2. We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader on the above submission.
3. Considering the prayer made, we permit the appellant to withdraw this writ appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted for the appropriate person to seek for appropriate relief against the proper respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
