O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned property. The registration formalities had already been completed. However, the respondent had kept it as a pending document.

3. It appears that Ms.E.Rahmed Begam had given an objection and that is why, the document has been kept pending. The respondent can decline to release the document only if the objector had obtained any restraint order from the jurisdictional civil Court. If the objector had not got any restraint order from the jurisdictional civil Court, then the respondent is bound to conclude the formalities and register the document and hand over the same to the petitioner. 3 W.P.(MD)NO.19225 OF 2022 exercise shall be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
