O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to not to mutate the revenue records in favour of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 in respect of the land comprised in T.S.No.1233, Block No.17, Ward No.5, Dindigul, Dindigul District on the basis of the representations dated 13.06.2024 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate leader appearing for the official respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents not to mutate the revenue records in favour of the private 2/5

respondents. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 1 and 2 within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2024 and conduct enquiry by hearing all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
